The old wives tale is true. If you hang tomatoes on the vine in a protected place at the end of summer they will continue to ripen. And just like that *snap* we will never have an overabundance of green tomatoes again. Thus far I have been able to prepare four freezer meals of tomato soup. So delicious.
Our peach tree is dropping golden leaves. The contrast between the gold of the leaves and the green grass is beautiful.
