Sometimes I get a bee in my bonnet and today I wanted to hike to Ensign Peak. Steve thought that was a nice thing to do so we headed that way. It was a lovely meander. So glad we could do something different today.
We stopped by Grammy and Grampy's on the way
home and as we got out of the car feathers started floating down from
above. We looked up and a hawk was ripping open another bird. We pulled
out our bird app, found it was a Cooper's Hawk, listened to its call, and
learned about its habitat and diet. I am calling it science.
