Ineffective teaching moment

Not all teaching in our house is a home run. Take this Sunday's home church lesson for instance. We were talking about Zion and missionary work and I came up with the idea to build a shoe tower.

Why?

I have no idea.

And neither do Steve or the kids.

While I would have preferred that we all had some spiritual takeaway, that doesn't always translate to real life. But what we all remember is that we laughed as the kids competed to build the tallest tower. So use your imagination because clearly that is what we were doing.
