My mother in law makes these Belgium waffles that are yum, yum, yum. It is one of Steve's most favorite things his Mom makes. We realized today that J has never been able to eat them because of his wheat allergy. So Steve and I whipped up a batch. We are incredibly grateful that his wheat allergy is resolving. It feels like a weight is slowly being lifted.
