We were able to go on a zoom fieldtrip to BYU TV. It would have been neat to have been there in person, but it was really cool on zoom too. The crew had a whole skit put together with cameras and mics playing off each other. We got to see behind the scenes of BYU Sports Nation and watch while the crew set up audio/visual for a volleyball game that was to be played in an hour. We saw how the equipment is used and how they work together to create as much drama and gravitas from each screenshot. But the moment that had all of us on the edge of our seats was when we got to see Studio C rehearsing. We are huge fans of Studio C so there was some geeking out over here. So grateful for technology and internet access.
