We were home with just ourselves for company on Thanksgiving because...you know...corona. We started the day thinking of our many blessings and adding them to our wall. We are so, so, so blessed.
Dinner was lovely. The kids helped plan the meal and were thrilled to see it come together. Happy Thanksgiving!
One thing I haven't mentioned, but during quarantine we play a game almost every dinner called, "How much is this dinner?" The kids and I love this game. Steve doesn't hate it. It just tickles me to be able to feed my family of six for an average of $6-$10 per supper. I want the kids to know what a realistic budget looks like and how healthy, delicious food is attainable with planning and creativity.
