J is ten

J is 10. A whole decade. We can’t believe it. He is a sweetheart. He is also a stinker who tries to get out of doing anything he does not want to do. However, if there is a particular dessert he wants, he is the most helpful kid in our family. He likes playing games on the computer and the Wii. He loves all things birds. He despises all things piano, but he does it anyway, for candy. He is always thinking of ways to make money or build things that will make money. He loves being outdoors especially in the snow. We cannot imagine life without him. We love you our sweet, sweet 10 -year-old boy! Happy birthday Baby!

We enjoyed his pandemic birthday with a treat at Grammy and Grampy's house. 

 

 

It's like looking into my future.

 

J asked for chocolate muffins and we were able to find a recipe for the chocolatey-est of chocolate.

 

 

We also went to In-N-Out for the very first time as a family. He has now worked his way up to being able to eat processed white flour. He was in heaven and Steve and I were too. It is terrifying to fear for your child’s life with every bite he puts in his mouth and it is completely surreal watching him eat wheat safely. We never thought this day would come.
