C loves being read to. It does not matter what the book looks like. It could be short, long, illustrations, no illustrations, fiction, nonfiction, he loves it all. He insisted on me reading Magic Tree house's Night of the Ninjas. It took me 45 minutes and he sat with rapt attention the entire time. He's three.
When I went into M's room I did a double take. It looked like she was in her bed, but I had just seen her in the kitchen. I called her in and she explained she was trying to trick the boys. She has a gift for making body impressions. Guess I should triple check she is actually sleeping in her bed in the coming years.
