D has an insatiable desire to learn and that extends to cooking. He asks me everyday if he can choose dinner. Tonight he asked to make cheese biscuits. I was noncommittal so he got down the recipe box, found the recipe, and began pulling out ingredients to show how serious he was. I provided some guidance, but he did most of it by himself and they were delicious. I love his initiative.
