Avocado prices have been great lately so we have been buying them in bulk. The last few Sundays we have made a huge bowl of guacamole and eaten it for lunch. Everybody loves it. Also simplest, most delicious guac? Avocados, Penzey's Pico and Salsa, and salt. It's a winner every time.
