Cross Country

D ran his first cross country race today and we all decided cross country is the best sport in the world. He is mostly competing against himself, the parents are supportive of their kids and other runners, and then there is all the vomiting and crying while children push themselves to their limit. Sad and humorous all at once. And the best part? It is fast. As soon as your kid is finished you can leave.
