C is three

C is three and he is a force to be reckoned with. He is determined to do whatever his older siblings are doing and heaven help the person that tells him "no". C is independent, funny, analytical, and personable. He is a sponge with a photographic memory. He only has to see or hear something one time and he internalizes it. He is the only one of our children who will strike up and carry a conversation with strangers. He wants to help and looks for ways to make himself useful. He loves to sing and dance and he especially loves to be the center of attention. We love you C!

First there was a party and presents from family.

Then M, J, and D wrapped up toys from downstairs and had C open them. It was like he was seeing them for the first time. He wasn't.

It is time to start potty training and we got a toilet seat so he doesn't fall in. He is VERY excited to start. I'm not.

We went to Walmart and he made his underwear choice in seconds. There was no swaying him once he saw the monster trucks.

We headed over to the Museum of Natural Curiosity to play in Water Works.

D modeled the complimentary galoshes.

C would not look up for a pic. He was too busy exploring and creating.

The tornado tunnel is a crowd pleaser.

Still not looking.

Still not looking, but flashing a smile toward the camera.

C chose pizza for his birthday dinner.

And I completely forgot (again) about birthday cake so C got to choose a cupcake from Walmart.

Happy Birthday Baby! You light up our world!
