Steve called into a sports radio show and won tickets to a Jazz game. We decided to have him take J since that boy lives for basketball these days. They had an awesome time and if I would have known how awesome, I would have found a babysitter for the kids and gone with Steve myself.
Apparently these deluxe tickets were near the action and included an all you can eat food extravaganza before and during the game. They were serving all kinds of goodness like prime rib. Steve didn't eat because J couldn't, but they found some gluten free ice cream bars and they stuffed their faces full. J thought it was pretty great and really enjoyed watching basketball with Dad.
While they were living it up basketball style, I took M, D, and C to the park where D showed C how to go down the slide all by himself.
Then we got hamburgers and shakes at In-N-Out. It wasn't prime rib, but it was good.
