On a whim I bought a stepping stone making kit because I thought it would be fun for the kids. At first glance it had everything needed to make four stones. Upon further inspection, it did not. Of course this was discovered after they saw it and were excited about it. *sigh*
So once I purchased more molds (Thank you dollar store!) and read through the complex and ultimately wrong directions and mixed and set the plaster, the kids were ready for decorating.
The fun the kids had and the end result was worth it, but I have learned my lesson...read everything prior to purchasing otherwise it turns a fun project into an un-fun one for this Mom.
