There are certain milestones and events I pay photographers for. Having a newborn is one of them. I try to get the pictures taken within their first week of life. Sadly, we missed that milestone because of C's NICU stay. I contacted the same gal who took J's newborn pictures and asked if she would be able to snap a few as M, J, and D start school and of our five week old. She did a beautiful job.
