Happy July 4th! While I went to work, Steve took the kiddos to his parents for a fabulous parade and time with the grandparents. My Sister met them there and they all agreed good times were had. Once I got home we celebrated with our traditional throwing of the Pop-Its...
...And spraying of the silly string. Once more...fun was had by all.
While I am opposed to any type of firecrackers, Steve loves them. Thankfully for him (and our kids) his Mom supplied us with a couple boxes of sparklers. They loved lighting and holding them while I waited for burns and/or someone to lose a hand. Dramatic, I know, but stranger things have happened. Thankfully for me (and them) all went perfectly.
