I took the kids to the country to spend some time with my friend from high school. We now have seven kids between us and truthfully it was a zoo. I loved it. The more the merrier, right? Her husband watched our out of control boys while she and I took the girls and D to the Manti Temple to see the Mormon Miracle Pageant. There is a massive fire burning in the county and it kept people away. Not good for the local economy, but great for us because we were able to sit right up front and didn't have to fight a huge crowd on the way back to the car. By the way, the sacrifice of the early pioneers is astounding. I am in awe of their life experiences and stalwart testimony of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.
