The lowly graham cracker

Feeding J is a challenge. He is sensitive to textures and so far he has fought the introduction to new foods with a vengeance. He does not like finger foods and I have tried a wide variety. Rice husks, puffs, and biter biscuits (to name a few) have all met the same fate: a touch, a look of disdain, and being dropped like a hot coal. My boy eats plastic, fabric, even grass, but he will not put any food items in his mouth. So imagine my surprise when in desperation I placed a graham cracker on his tray only to have him put it in his mouth and EAT it!!! Today I give praise and thanks to the lowly graham cracker.

Victory!!!!!

M also got in on the graham cracker action. She too is a huge fan.
