M has a special bond with Steve. I truly believe it is because while I was finishing my last year of grad school it was Steve who got her ready for the day and kissed her boo-boos. He is the best Daddy in the world. (That is why I married him.) M knows I work weekends and she looks forward to the days when Daddy is home with her and they can play together. Lately she has been asking, "Is today a Mommy day or a Daddy day?' So we have started counting down to Daddy days. I am so glad she loves her Dad. I love him, too.
