Folks, after an intense run for the marshmallows we have a winner!! A few posts ago I announced that anyone who could get M to talk would get their very own bag of pastel goodness. A fabulous friend came over and after a mere 30 minutes which began in the chair, eventually sinking to the floor, and finally laying on my carpet got the word "please" to erupt from my sweet little M's lips. What a trooper! (I am referring the friend not my baby girl.) Now lest you think this is a passing event, it took another friend only 15 minutes to get that same word from her. I am hoping the next time it will only take 7 minutes or less. Thank you to all the adults who are encouraging M to use her words!
