Today snow fell. I took M and J outside to show them. We sat on the porch bench and after a minute M said, "Mom, can we get a blanket?" Yes, we were all in our pajamas, but some moments are too precious to dress for. We ran and got a blanket and sat wrapped up on the porch and watched the snow fall for a half hour. Nothing compares to the joy and contentment I felt as I cuddled with my kids and talked with M about the whiteness of new fallen snow.

How blessed am I?
We drank peppermint hot chocolate when we came in.
And we made glitter snow flakes.
How blessed am I?
