For dinner tonight my sister really wanted pizza, but I did not feel like going out. What a conundrum. Well, at least it was until I decided to make our own with whatever we had in the house! I have never made pizza crust before so after some intense research I happened upon a recipe I felt I could pull off. I used my tomato paste I bottled last year for the sauce and we topped our creation with marinated artichoke hearts, chicken, bacon, colby jack cheese, mushrooms, and jalapenos from the garden. It tasted awesome! Totally impressed myself!
